My banking experience today kind of renewed some of my faith in BOA. Everytime I go to their branches it always takes me an hour to get through the line (even if its only 5 people). Today I waited in line and was in and out of the bank in 10 minutes!!!!! I even asked the gentleman for his name, which he told me but I forgot. He was very nice, and helpful. I am glad there is still one...

This bank was extremely slow. I waited for almost 30-40 minutes just to see an advisor. No one came out to check me or ask if I need any assistance. I had to ask the teller for help. Overall, o was unable to get any services performed as they did not offer...
