My wife and I weren't sure what to do with our rental property. We were referred to J.P. Montalvan, who presented us with several options (continue renting as is, sell as is, or renovate and then continue renting or sell). He provided us not only with the options themselves, but the data and analysis we needed to make a decision. We didn't go into the process thinking we would take on a renovation, but the data helped us decide to renovate and then sell. J.P. and his team managed every aspect of the renovation, providing us with regular updates via phone, text, and zoom. He and his team (Andrew and Nick) were responsive and always professional throughout the process. J.P. recommended an overall plan and design based on his experience, discussions with contractors, and knowledge of what buyers want/need. Once we approved the plan, they consulted us on an as needed basis, but understood us well enough to just take the project and run with it. The end result was better than we imagined. Other owners in the condo building marveled at the outcome, and we were able to sell the property within just a few days after hitting the market... at a price that was the second highest in the history of the building!! J.P. proved to be more than just a realtor... he is a designer, project manager, psychologist, and business partner. We will do all future real estate transactions and projects with him.
