MANSE — Local services in Washington

I was looking forward to visiting this store after having attempted to twice before but both times it had been unexpectedly closed. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, not even a hello. The cashier was talking to someone so I thought no big deal however even after they were finished I was still ignored. They have some cute stuff but a bit overpriced (expected for the area though). After browsing a bit I made my way towards the door, still not being acknowledged in any way so I left. Customer service definitely needs...

Adam and Andy are wonderful and so friendly. Their shop is so well curated and I always find something I want when I walk in. I loved going in when they were located in Alexandria and I miss their store here. Now I make a point to visit anytime I head into Georgetown, not only for browsing their finds, but to be able to say hi to them. A must visit in Georgetown.
