Grateful and Heartfelt Thanks to Michael Angelo at 7th St. Burger, Georgetown I want to take a moment to share my deep gratitude for Michael Angelo, the store manager at 7th St. Burger in Georgetown. My daughter had left my handbag in the restaurant, and it was something of immense sentimental value to me—belonging to my late mother. Unfortunately, I don’t live in Washington, and getting a hold of anyone at the store was a challenge. There is no direct store phone number, and after reaching out via email and completing an online form with no response, I was beginning to lose hope. But then, my daughter’s friend, who was still in Washington, went to the store in person to ask Michael to contact me, and he immediately stepped up. He took the time to thoroughly review the footage from the store cameras and made sure to inform his team about the situation. Michael followed through, texting me directly to keep me updated. After confirming that the bag had been taken, I honestly thought I might never see it again. But thanks to Michael's dedication, the bag was eventually returned to the store. Finally, Michael also took the extra step to ship it to me in Dallas. I was truly overwhelmed by his kindness, professionalism, and commitment to going above and beyond for a customer. In this world, it’s easy to feel like kindness is rare, but Michael proved me wrong in the best possible way. If you happen to meet Michael Angelo, please thank him on my behalf. People like him are a true blessing, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did. I hope his kindness inspires others the way it has inspired me. Thank you again,...

Quick service and plentiful seating options are nice, but 7th street’s only average burger quality (and slightly underwhelming portions) make it a baseline burger- and nothing more.

The restaurant itself is in a great area. It’s in the middle of one of the busier spots on Wisconsin avenue in Georgetown. The service counter and food preparation area make great use of space, condensed in the back of the restaurant. Seating is plentiful, with space both inside and outside, though there’s a fair amount of open space inside that could be better used to seat more patrons. A note: if you sit outside you can expect to get whiffs of weed from a dispensary just up the street. For some it’s a bonus- for me it’s not.

Food service is fast and the staff are helpful and attentive (including food delivered to your table), and that’s surely a credit to 7th Street’s simplified, to-the-point menu. Compared to other options in Georgetown (and DC more broadly) 7th Street has reasonable prices, certainly making it one of the most affordable burger spots in the immediate area. But the burger quality is just average- your typical smash burger with sauce and a couple of pickles overwhelmed by the breadiness of the bun, accompanied by equally average fries.

For what you pay, it’s not a disappointment- but it’s also nothing that will knock...

Wow! To be very honest i came pretty hungry, traffic to come here was exhausting. Took me 48 minutes to drive to this spot... BUT. IT WAS SOOOO WORRRTH IT!!!

I won't lie I was very disappointed by the menu of the first go, but it makes sense once you eat everything. They have minimal condiments and every burger comes with grilled onions, pickles, American cheese, and their house sauce. I got the double cheese impossible burger and my partner got the double cheeseburger. Along with fries and our coke and sprite! My partner typically needs a boat load of condiments and we did ask for them, but they do not have them. Considering our initial reaction it was entirely understandable! Every bite was heavenly and as we both thought we weren't going to be full, we were 100% satisfied. I couldn't even finish my fries, but holy moly. I am so picky with burgers and there was no complaints at all!!! I don't even like pickles, but i whole heartedly finished every bite. I'm not vegetarian or vegan anymore, but i still love impossible burgers when I don't want to eat meat. I loved both of our burgers, and although I am lactose intolerant...i will sacrifice just for these burgers! I shall return, in hopes of no...

I ordered here for pickup for the first time. I was down in Georgetown to visit Barnes and Noble šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰, and got hungry for a burger and fries. A lot of other burger joints have got very expensive but this place came up as an AI review so took a chance. The wait time was less than predicted (14 mins on the order app) at only 9/10 minutes, despite the place being full! Super nice counter staff, the guy on duty (forgot his name sadly but on duty today saturday at 145pm) was very helpful, kept us all update on our orders while also serving new customers and delivering food to all the tables. He put my bag in a plastic bag seeing my bike helmet so really appreciated that, thank you for spontaneous service!! I had to cycle home but even still, my food was in great shape and hot when I got there. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. Love the smashburger style in their burgers and the perfect balance of accessories inside! Fries are also super tasty, much more like irish chipper fries so I am happy 😊 Would eat here again! A++ for customer service, packaging, speed of service and quality of food.

Tucked into a central spot in Georgetown across from the CVS, this unassuming eatery offers both convenience and quality in equal measure. The staff was nice and welcoming, setting a pleasant tone from the outset. The location itself is a practical choice: whether you’re running errands or picking up a prescription, it provides the perfect excuse to pause for a burger. For CVS patrons, the added benefit of 30 minutes of complimentary parking in the rear makes the stop all the more appealing. I got a cheeseburger and fries to go, and was pleasantly surprised. The burger was well-prepared, flavorful, and, importantly for a meal on the move, easy to handle without being overly messy. The fries complemented it nicely, offering a crisp, satisfying side. While it doesn’t aspire to haute cuisine, this spot succeeds admirably at what it sets out to do, delivering a reliable, well-made fast food experience. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a quick, satisfying bite in the heart of Georgetown.
