Trash Company they now own Bed Bath and Beyond I have been trying to get refunded I sent back a counterfeit Stanley1913 tumbler that overstock is allowing 3rd parties to scam customers in February 19th 2024 and it’s March 11th 2024 and they make it hard for you to get your refund back because the return shipping labels they give you have a fake addresses. I have received several emails and have called several times it’s a bit ridiculous UPS has been contacted by myself and BBB customer service Bath & Beyond with updated address accordingly. I even contacted UPS with the right updated address because I was giving a printing label from BBB to put on the return package to be delivered back to the company at hand February 19th 2024 and dropped it off to the UPS store here in Texas. UPS in California contacted me because when the driver went to drop off my return to the updated address yesterday the company who sold me the counterfeit damaged dented tumbler will not take the returned package from the driver. The company I order from through Bed Bath & Behind is scam company who’s refusing to accept the return so they don’t have to give me my refund. I have done everything as I was told to do from printing off the return label, putting it on my return box to dropping it off at the return package to the UPS location here in Texas for it be ship back to the company who sold me the damaged item. Now, I’m getting the run around saying UPS needs a updated return address with another address from me when it was updated by the both your customer service and me yesterday. I’m not understanding why I have to deal with this any further when you can see right there on your computer I sent the item back and UPS went to the updated address and the Company refuses to take back their damaged,used and counterfeit tumbler they sent me in the first place. Now Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond is telling me they need me to update my returned address to a new address even though UPS told them and me I couldn’t update with a new address because the package is on hold in California but I could pickup before the 15th of March 2024 this is nothing but a scam company. So stressful and frustrating they’re stealing from people because now I’m out of my 55 dollars and they got the return...

Quick and easy service. Products however are complete trash!!!! We found and tested the mattress we wanted. Brought it home and it was 4" thick! Not even the same material or color! The box spring was made of damaged wood. Snapped as soon as we sat on it. The only thing worth a dang was the bedframe. We also purchased a dresser that had missing parts. Cheap pressed wood that stripped when you put it together. Do NOT waste your time or money purchasing ANYTHING from them. It is not what you see as model/demo in the store! Very cheap quality trash! They do not answer the phone either. They know they're ripping people off. People of Watauga steer clear! The one and only time I went there and will never return! Picked up a $1400 couch 3 weeks ago and went to sit on it last night when I heard the wood under the cushion snap! I am an average sized female and am beyond upset. I hired a moving company to pick up the couch with me and when we got to the store, I was greeted by an employee who said that the store was closed for a fire inspection and I would have to come back at a later date.
