If I could rate this place lower I would. First of all I got a medium size dress (fit like an extra small) and a pair of white sneakers size 8 but fit like a 6! Second, I had never been there before. I walked in to return those items because they didn’t fit due to someone else gifting me them. I would have looked around and probably would have exchanged the items and bought more stuff but the lady working tonight was so rude about the items being from final sale and there was no way I could get a return. (Which as soon as I walked in I had said “I would like to return if not I would like to Exchange”) then said I would need to call the manager to see if I could get an exchange. I should not have to call YOUR manager to find out information YOU should know. Her tone was way to firm and aggressive. Instead of being talked down upon I left and will be selling these...

I went in to just look before going to a yard party. I was welcomed right away by Summer and offered me a treat. She explained the sales and free gift etc and was genuinely kind. Something we do not see in the retail in this generation. So I tried two dresses that I have never wore the style and went home with 4 items. Checking out again with Summer I asked if store was locally owned. And she yes .. I’m the owner. She helped me and was courteous and listened and did not push me. I would have given 5 stars before my recent experience! I enjoyed shopping there! Beautiful clothes and friendly , helpful staff! However when the owner won’t take a return 1 week past the 2 week mark after explaining I wasn’t able to get there due to covid quarantine! The dress was purchased for an event that went on during my quarantine! Wow small business and all . We should all be able to help...
