Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Wayne Township

Employees were so rude. My friend and I always come to this place for some awesome flavoring ice cream and we always enjoyed our time with the service. I was incomplete shock when one of the ladies had a rude tone in response to my friend when she simply asked for a milk shake instead of a cup. The employee rolled her eyes then turns around to make my friend her drink. We always tip the employees here but this is the first time we ended up not tipping a single dollar. Even the shake came out chunky and she couldn’t get anything out of her straw! I came back in to ask a different girl for a spoon for the shake. This other girl even rolled her eyes at me when handing the spoon then said have a nice day. I’m sad to be writing this review because I love Cold Stone and for the first time ever was given...

I asked to create my own, and the girl rolled her eyes at me. I asked for pumpkin bread batter, cheesecake and graham crackers, she put a very small scoop, I asked for more and she stared at me and didn't put in any, put it in the container and asked if I had rewards, I didn't but said I'd like to sign up, then she said we'll I don't know how to do it. She walked away. I tipped $6 for myself and my friends ice cream, but when my daughter worked there, things were clean, the servers were friendly and helpful. They were not horribly busy, but a few girls definitely acted like they hated everyone, everything and were not happy...

I usually buy Ice cream there twice a week and always get everybody’s size and almost all the time I get not full bucket it’s ridiculous I pay for the whole 100% ice cream bucket not 90% I get it mainly high school kids work there the owner or whoever is in charge needs to control their employees to make all customers happy and they need to learn how to properly add ice cream all the way to the top of the bucket not making some empty holes around the bucket where you can put more ice cream and not leave it empty I’m tired telling them about this...
