my grandma was at Kirkland’s in Sioux Falls today and had a pair of pajamas in her hand that she was going to purchase. One of the cashiers came up to her and told her that wasn’t her size and it wouldn’t fit her. My grandma explained to the worker that the pajamas were not for her and were for one of her granddaughters for Valentine’s Day. The worker proceeded to literally take the pajamas out of her hands and took them to the counter. When my grandma went up to the cashier to pay, she explained to the worker that she wanted to purchase the pair of pajamas that was brought up to the register. The worker continued to tell her that they weren’t her size and would not fit her, and aren’t for sale because her granddaughter wanted them. While this conversation was going on the assistant manager was standing right there listening to the whole conversation and didn’t care to listen to my grandmas side. This is truly wrong and not how you treat your customers. I will not be shopping at this Kirkland’s again, and will be contacting...

I went online to purchase some wall art. The process to place the order was pretty ridiculous because I was constantly re-directed to become a member and then I had to start all over to place the order...that should have been my tip-off to go elsewhere for this item! I ordered on 11/30/18 for a delivery 7 to 10 business days later....12/17/18 I called customer service to see what happened since my order wasn't here still. Apparently, there was an issue with the FedEx label and they had to re-request that a label be made and my order shipped. I asked if it would be here by Christmas and was assured it would be. On 12/19/18 I checked the status of my package and the item was just picked up and taken to the Fedex station. My package then sat in Bloomington, California for 3 days!!!! The anticipated delivery date is now AFTER Christmas! Never ordering from this company again! Now I get to try to figure out a way to explain to my dad why he will be the only one without a gift to open...

Update 2/13/2023 There were about 7 ladies working today, and I believe I was greeted by all of them. The store is very Spring-like and attractive right now. There are several items on sale and many on clearance.

I like the variety they have. It's unfortunate I don't "need" most of what they have. I did find some good deals on outdoor summer chair cushions, and there is some beautiful artwork, including some pieces in the clearance section. One thing I really liked was the store didn't smell really strong today. There were times in the past my dad and I would go in Kirkland's and we would have to leave due to trouble breathing, sneezing, and headaches.
