We used to buy a lot of flowers and plants from this company every year for our eleven acre facility. We purchased a redbud tree with donation money from our residents, planted it, took care of it. It didn’t grow or produce any buds so we took it back for an exchange. They didn’t have any more of the same size (7 gallon) but had a 14 gallon. Wouldn’t do an even exchange (wanted an extra $50) although if our tree would’ve grown it would’ve been the exact same size. Was told they would order us a replacement and would call us when it arrived there in two weeks...this was almost two months ago. Called yesterday to see what was going on and gave us the “oh we don’t remember, we’ll have to check our records and call you back in a little bit” spiel. Still haven’t had a call back. We will take our business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else...

A very nice lady named Maria reached out to me and credited me for the fish I lost, explaining that it was probably a series of events that caused the problem. Issue solved in a very positive manner. By the way, they do have beautiful stuff there.

Please don’t purchase fish from here. I bought 4 fish, 2 was $14.99 each and 2 were $4.99 each. They were all dead by that same evening. I took them back and they agreed they were probably packed wrong because most of the air had leaked out of the bags by the time I got home, which was not very far. They would not compensate me in any matter. Not refund my money nor replace the fish. All he wanted me to do was bring a water sample, although I told him, I had already changed the water. Even with a water sample there would be no compensation, all I got was “there’s no guarantee on our fish.”...

A great Nursery. An expansive inventory of both indoor and outdoor plants, fruit trees, fresh herb plants, and so forth. In addition, you will find pottery to plant your rooftop garden! They have an indoor plant gift shop, with numerous nice household items, bird baths, statues, and spinning ornamental garden wheels.

Most prices are slightly above the market, but their overhead costs are a bit higher, because of the cost of highly trained efficient staff, etc. If you attend on a Wednesday, you will be treated to an outdoor Farmers Market, featuring live music, food and beverage vendors, gifts, and other great tent booths.
