Salute and Salutations Long story short, we made it to “Palace One Eleven”. When I say we weren’t disappointed That’s an understatement. The atmosphere was inviting the creative source (Ms.Pepper),was welcoming, attentive and made my very first ever Crystal shopping experience one that I’ll cherish. Her knowledge is superb, her customer service is first class. Her product worth every Penny spent. My daughter and I were just two in a space full of eager buyers, where our beautiful hostess kept command of her space addressing every question comment and connecting with all the positive energy that entered. Think of walking into a business and it not being about them (the owner), but about you! Oh I forgot to mention Let your energy guide you…is what your greeted with along with smiles and positivity.
