I come to this location often, and this experience was honestly disappointing I’ve heard about the immaturity of some of your workers and I’ve always said I don’t get that same experience until today. I’m not even mad that I slipped on a spilled perfume bottle. It’s the fact that your staff looked at each other and silently laughed instead of checking in or saying anything at all. I advised that I’ve been in the situation where I didn’t have a wet sign at my job and the person’s threatened to sue so they should get one. Clearly, they haven’t heard of the person who sued for hot coffee at McDonald’s otherwise I think they might’ve taken me more seriously but instead, they kept on smirking after telling them. There was a point where I had to straight up tell her that it wasn’t funny, and then she caught an attitude with me as if I was the problem for pointing out how unprofessional the reaction was.

The immaturity, lack of awareness, and the defensiveness when held accountable is the only reason I’m saying soemthing. Train your staff better, because they might catch the wrong one on the wrong day...

I went to return some shoes that did not fit, i wore one pair and took them off and tried on the other pair that didnt fit size 10 fit like a 8- a friend bought them for me. I informed them of that and they took out the shoes I never wore and told me there was nothing they could do because there was a smudge on the side and to basically deal with it. I asked if they could toss the shoes since i had a hard time throwing money in the trash and they werent going to help me- why did they put the shoes on the rack like they were going to take the shoes and resell them!?!?! I asked for them back and left. Not very informative or helpful and i wasted my time and money here .. cheap quality clothes and poorly...

I would like to see the manager/ employees to dress more appropriately, not looking like street girls. This store attracts girls of all ages, young girls are really impressionable. Some of the clothing are way to skimpy, but I guess this is what the new generation is wearing, but not ours. Otherwise it's a nice store for...
