My wife got a call as we were nearing the end of our payments for the tablet she got me last Christmas. They offered a great deal on a Wii U with no down payment and the first payment to be in January, as we had been talking about getting a game platform we decided to get it. Now comes the problem, on the box is a list of all the included components and they even told her everything was there. Got it home to find the power cord was missing. Called the next day and they gave us the power cord for the first model Wii which doesn't fit the Wii U. So we called them back and they have yet to call us back. The staff here are incompetent how can you sell technology and not know what you're doing. There's supposed to be 10 items in the box, how difficult is it to count to 10? I will not give them...

Store manager is extremely pushy- and the staff/managers constantly harass you and even threaten you. They threatened to come to my work after not answering their daily calls after having talked to them a week ago. The way they run business should be illegal if it's not already. I saw other reviews who went through the same thing I did with the managers. The only issue is he's the store manager so there's nobody to properly complain to in the store!
