DTLR — Local services in West Chicago Township

Just left out of there at 1 PM only two girls working in there. No one else in the store. I ordered two pairs of boots from DTLR online and had them shipped to this store on Ashland and Roosevelt for $3 service fee which is way cheaper than shipping the boots to my house and this store is 5 minutes away from my house so it’s super convenient. This location is highly unprofessional too many times to count I’ve attempted to walk into the store during business hours to find that the store’s doors are locked due to employee shortages. It’s sad and very unfortunate and frustrating for me especially because I’ll be waiting outside for them to open at the time it’s says they are expected to be open.. do better businesses should be ran...
