Walked into the location around 5:20pm 12/2/22. I wanted to deposit singles, tens & fives into my account. The customer service Rep Ms. BELL , tells me after asking the store manager on duty for permission, 'She cannot deposit my money because they don't have single bill straps. As a bank customer, that's not my problem. I accepted what she said, ended the transaction. Now, I'm minding my business at the ATM, wasting my time adding my bills $50 at a time. She comes out the door and said, " don't put the singles in the machine because it'll jam the machine." . So my service was denied at the window, now your telling me, I can't use the ATM. I ask her nicely to leave me alone, our transaction ended at the window when service was denied. 10 minutes later she walks out the back of the bank, with a shopping cart and her coat. Walsed out the door. So the real issue was she didn't want to count my singles because it was time for her shift to end. The manager at 6ish also walked out the back of the bank with a shopping cart full of groceries. Shopping on the clock, denying customers service and making lame excuses is what this branch about.
