Hate it!! This place is so bad with customer service. I went in December 18, 2020 for XL peppermint mocha coffee, the lady gave me my total for $3 plus and I inserted my card for payment right after I did that the lady making the coffee said we have no peppermint mocha. I quickly removed my card and ask if the transaction go through, they assured me that it didn’t. Right after I left and got to work a transaction for $7plus dollars came out my account. I been calling and then I went back and they took my information saying they have to reach out to corporate to retrieve the transaction and will contact me after doing so. Horrible customer service. Ordered sundaes and all toppings were missing. Although we both asked for cherries one person had none and the other person had 3. So they have the toppings they're just not that good at reading. Asked for marshmallow butterfinger, praline… nothing! Just scoops...
