Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I would give it 0 stars if I could. First off the lady that was making the sandwich seemed like she was in a real hurry to make them. Pretty much just threw the meat on the sandwich. Once I got to the veggies it was worse. She asked what I wanted on my sandwich.... I looked down and I immediately noticed that pretty much all the vegetables looked watery like if they where real old. I couldn’t make the sandwich the way I wanted because i had to pick the veggies I felt looked decent... my girlfriend then asked how long the soup has been out. She said 9am...it was already 4pm. My girlfriend proceeded to ask “Does it look good at least” she said no then asked which one we wanted..... we took none. At least the cookies where ok. So much for...

Horrible customer service, everybody on their phones. Starting with the manager who was very rude… Wouldn’t even acknowledge when someone walked in. Pretty much ignored one’s presence. Bread quality was very poor, sloppy appearance, no napkins, rushed me into my toppings, and even made faces and gestures when I kept adding toppings on my sandwich…. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’m not that type of person but when my brother asked for the bathroom, his English is poor, so they decided to be rude and mock his English then started laughing. As much as I love subway… I don’t see myself coming...

On the day I went into this particular location it was early in the day and the foot traffic was extremely lite. The place was clean, both servers were attentive and willing to meet your ALL THE CUSTOMERS needs and the meat/ condiments area was kept very tidy, neat and spotless. Some of the locations have food spillage in other area of meat bins and food droppings all around the bin area, just a big mess. The service was fasts and it is a much smaller location then other Subways but it was a pretty decent visit...
