Couldn't be happier with Galina's work! Here's a back story to my HAIR HAPPINESS. I found master-colorist (or as I like to call her "master-genius") Galina online after looking for an alternative to the overpriced over-marketed place I have been going to in Gold Coast area. My last hair coloring experience didn't turn out so well: 3 different shades on my head - my ends were washing off and didn't match the middle section, while roots were growing out making me look like peacock, and not a good colorful kind. It was quiet a wait to get an appointment with Galina, but it was worth every bit of it! Did Galina make a difference! Somehow she managed to match all three colors into one beautiful shiny blonde shade without destroying my thin hair, and actually making it look healthy and thicker again! She was very professional and thorough during the consultation, described step by step what exactly she's going to do. I was so comfortable with Galina it almost felt like talking to a good friend! She suggested a new hair routine to upkeep the color, shine and health of my hair. I felt like a new person walking out of the salon. Now It's been almost 6 weeks and the color is still even (never happened before!). Before meeting Galina, I saw 5 different hairstylists within 9 months for color correction but instead kept adding more demarcation lines and damage to my hair.. l am thankful my hair didn't fall out from all the bleaching.. when I met Galina, she laid it to me straight and even in one long visit, was able to fix my hair and make it look even. She I also educated me about how to take care of my hair properly and which products I should be using. I absolutley LOVE the way she takes care of my hair. I just went 7 months without touching up my hair because her work blended well with my natural hair color/roots. I just recently saw Galina and she did another amazing job.
