I had an absolutely amazing shopping experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in West Covina! From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Troy, the manager, truly sets the tone for the store with his professionalism and friendly attitude. It’s clear he cares about creating a positive environment for both the staff and customers. Not a good one store was empty there was no customers in the store my son and I were looking for cleats called the cleats a couple ot times and waited for 30min and no answer so we decided to leave on the way out there was two employees greater and I asked them if they had someone working in that department and one of them said yes kind of bother of what I had asked I mentioned that we waited for 1/2 an hour not even an apology out of them or anything so I replied that it was there loss and the big guy just said wow at that point we left the store with this attitude this will be the last time we buy anything from this store mind you I've been a card holder...

The help I received was great! My only issue was with the lazy girl at the cash register. She didn't seem to be paying attention and wasn't too friendly, I'd even say unprofessional. I shrugged it off to her being young and immature. After we got home we checked our bags and found that an item on our receipt was missing. I had to drive all the way back to retrieve my purchase. Ugh! However, the guys were professional and apologetic. I was in and out in a few minutes. Despite the careless cashier, my overall experience was great. I will definitely shop their again.
