Nice big store with carts at the front . The clothes part is trash and very unorganized . Everything is grossly overpriced . Its cheap low quality polyester anywhere from 15$ to 30$ ish you can find the exact same on shien and wish for a few $$ . Its not very dressy either . The shoes got some lower brand you will find at dsw some overpriced some priced the exact same. Mind you that in west covina the tax is 9.5 which is really high compare to oc or inland so i wouldnt recommend driving all the way there for a big ticket item . Go in county / cities with lower tax . I usually go there to buy beauty products because their price on those are unbeatable . Even amazon is more expensive so i usually buy a lot stock up and go back when i run out and need more .the beauty section is TRASHED some stuff is used beat up open or missing stuff so make sure everything still have a seal when your purchase because they dont remoce anything . Some products are also EXPIRED so same thing check the dates !!! The food and tea section are also overpriced .its only good for very specific fancy tea and spice but you can find similar stuff on amazon / ralphs / target for a lot cheapper . The home decor are also price high for cheap made in china stuff wish got the same stuff for cheapper .the line at this store are EXTREMELY long and wrap all the way down which is annoying . If you are in a hurry or only buying 1 item its not worth the 35 to 45 min wait . Many times i walk in and walk out because its not worth my time to wait 40+ min for a 3$ to 5$ item 😒 . So today was my first time ever stepping foot into Marshalls, i usually shop at the store next door. Upon arrival i noticed alot of facial products so me and my friend decided to see all the good stuff they had. All i can say was being there was the most annoying and uncomfortable i have ever felt in a store. Not only did the employees not keep their eyes off of us one second but it was so annoying to be followed around through out the whole store. The rudest employee's i have come across thus far. I mean even when i paid for my stuff customer service was non existent. If i could give this store zero stars i would! I will definitely not be...

When I visited this location 3 months ago, it wasn't busy at all. Yet there was merchandise was all over the floor! The travel accessories were piled against the wall on the floor. The trip I had prior to that wasn't a pleasant one either. I found a beautiful hand painted ceramic bowl for a gift. The cashier carelessly wrapped it & practically threw it in the bag.
