Had an amazing experience at Christopher’s and would recommend to anyone looking to get engaged! My fiancé and I spent the day looking at rings at about 6 places town together and ended up here based on Google reviews. We were greeted so kindly and Nancy quickly attended to us. Right away I tried on many rings that appealed to me. Nancy was so patient and guided us in-depth 1:1 through their entire inventory to help me narrow down my preferences. She kept careful notes for future reference and made suggestions only as needed. She was so helpful because she truly let it be my experience by not implementing her opinion or steering me away from what I showed interest in. Her subtle and confident guidance let me feel in control and way less indecisive than normal! I don’t know how she does it! Her experience in the field and deep knowledge of jewelry is so clear which made us feel very supported. Once I had it narrowed down to a few rings for my fiancé to choose from, she made suggestions regarding durability and overall look which was helpful. Things I wouldn’t have known. Throughout the experience we appreciated that she made an effort to acknowledge and include my fiancé just as much as myself even though I was the one choosing and trying on rings. From what my fiancé told me, everything continued to go smoothly as he went back in alone to choose a diamond and purchase the ring. All communications were professional and prompt. One nice thing about Christopher’s was they offer a 25% discount for the groom’s ring after purchase of the bride’s ring. Additionally we were sent out with a nice bottle of champagne, cleaning kits, and other small gifts which were a nice touch. I went in for my first cleaning/check about 6 weeks after the proposal and they offered to also clean my necklace which was nice. My experience with Christoperhs, from the moment I first called, was nothing short of excellent. I am an extensive jewelry shopper yet had not been to Christophers prior. I was looking for a place to sell some of my jewelry and based on the reviews, I decided to call them. I was greeted on my call from Quan, who was not only extremely professional, but very knowledgeable and helpful. He told me to bring everything in, explained the process as well as the hours. I went in a few days later, on my birthday, hoping to also find a new chain and St. Christopher pendant. I spoke with the jewelry appraiser who was extremely intelligent and very thorough in explaining the entire process as well as being fair with the valuation and offer. I decide to proceed with my trade and then Quan helped me to find the right pieces, which we spent some time looking through for special orders. What I really appreciated was his attention to detail, and authenticity where you could clearly see he cared that I chose the right pieces and gave AUTHENTIC recommendations as opposed to just trying to make a sale.
