Extremely poor customer service. Three workers were at the front by the doors, not doing anything but talking. Though thatâs not the main reason for my rating. My gripe is with the check out.
I had an online order return, and had decided to exchange it for a few things in store. As the girl working the register pulls out my returns, she tosses the bags that they came in to the ground. Then proceeds to tell me that one of the items doesnât have a tag. But.. the bags she was so dismissively tossing literally had the barcodes on them. So now she has to sort through the bags sheâs tossed on the ground. Then she tells me I canât return two items because they were âred stickerâ items, but I didnât even pay the âred stickerâ price that was on the tag, and Iâm sure the barcode on the bag wouldve showed that, but that was already gone and tossed. I didnât even bother arguing, I just said okay.
She then calls a manager or shift lead, Iâm not sure, and I wasnât even remotely acknowledged by him either. He was one of the three up front. He just went back to talking to the two workers by the doors. And honestly this whole process was going.. so extremely slow. Iâve done exchanges and returns and I was in disbelief at how long this took. It was like a 10 minute process for something that shouldâve been about 5 minutes max. Most of the 10 minutes was literally me just standing and watching because she barely asked or said anything to me. As I left, one of the younger workers of the three did acknowledge and greet me on my way out.
To be fair, there are a few other workers that are nice and will greet you. But this experience alone has totally deterred me from shopping with...

I got some items that were in a pile were it said 70% off but when I went to get it rung up it didnât ring up as that, so I just asked the cashier âhey I got them from the section were they not 70% offâ? And she wasnât sure so she went to ask her manager, so the manager comes up to the register and first thing she says, âwhat? What do you want? Whatâs the problemâ I was a little confused at first because of her answer to me, at first I didnât respond because she sounded so rude I didnât know if she was talking to me like that. So I asked in a friendly manner, âI got these from that 70% off section, are they not that priceâ? And she still responded in a rude manner âno no idk what your talking about this is kids stuffâ. So since she continued to be rude I got a little upset and responded , â ok well I didnât know that I just got it from that sectionâ. She kept being very rude before me and my mom left the store and I honestly couldnât understand why. The manager is the one you go to if there is ever an issue so for her to give this kind of rude service for no reason just because I asked a simple question, itâs just not right. Well once we went to check out they couldn't locate the shirt and tell us what the price was we had two different employees including the manager look for it we were waiting there for about 20 minutes yet he didn't acknowledge us or ask us anything towards compensating for the time that we have been waiting for them to find the right pricing.
