Boot Barn — Local services in West Jordan

This store really needs to get it together! Boots were in the wrong place like an 8 left and a 10 right were paired together. This happened like 5 times. and finally the boots we wanted were damaged so we asked if they had a new pair. They didn't. We asked if they would discount the damaged pair. they spent 15 minutes in the back talking to the supposed manager who just told them to clean them but that's all they could do. They spent 20 minutes cleaning them until I finally asked if they could order in a new pair. One of the associates was on the phone complaining about the manager just sitting on her butt in the back and being unwilling to help with a financial issue another customer was having. While I totally see that's all the manager was doing since they didn't want to come out and talk to us, at the register is not the place to be having that call where all the customers can hear. It's just a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing and the manager seems to be lazy and unwilling to help the kids under her learn in the workplace. I expect more out of this chain that I have shopped at many times in other states. If upper management doesn't step in they are going to go...

I got a new pair of boots just before I started working this new job and I hadn’t had the boots of 6 months and the inside of the boots started coming apart, I took the boots back and showed them to the manager and 2 other girls one of them said that she had a pair do the same thing and she told the manager that also b ut since I couldn’t find my receipt she said that since this are boot barn brand she could not warranty them unless I was a member will I don’t go and pay over $300.00 bucks for shoes that often so I am not a member so they would not replace them at all even when the manager knew that they have a problem with that brand coming apart on the inside but she did say if I wanted to buy a new pair she could give me a 10% off but I figured since I paid over $300.00 bucks for a pair of shoes they should last over 6 months but now my feet hurt so bad every day I am going to have to buy a new pair but it WILL NOT be from some place that doesn’t replace them if they don’t last I can not believe that a big place will not replace something that...

Walking into Boot Barn was like getting sent straight in a Time Machine back to 1800’s western town, only with better lighting and more credit card swipes.

I saw a tumbleweed roll past the clearance rack while a cashier whispered, “It’s high noon, keep your eyes down.” I didn’t know what to make of that so I kept strolling the isles..
