Reservations were simple and clear in their website. Upon arrival, was quickly met and greeted by the staff and our bikes were parked and waiting for us.

We were given a tutorial on the Ebike operation and an easy to read map of the area and places of interest, we were offered some water and sunblock and given information on what to do should there be a problem. The bikes were in very good shape and safe. Had a great day of biking around the city and over to Palm Beach. A 5 star day. My friend and I are in our 60's and this was our first time riding an Ebike. Ebikes staff was great from quick and easy registering and detailed instructions how to operate the bike. Everyone was very patient and helpful as we tested out the bikes in the parking lot before beginning our ride. Despite being given a map, we ended up lost and Robin the owner rode out and retrieved us and put us back where we were supposed to be. She's the best!
