Venetian Nail Spa (Rosemary Square) — Local services in West Palm Beach

I have never leave a bad review at any store period but im beyond upset with the result caused by a work done at this spa. I went into this spa in a vacation trip from me and my friends the receptionist told us at first they could take us a walk in ( i should’ve leave) but we asked kindly if they had any space it would be awesome because we are traveling and we didn’t much time free but anyways after insisting they let us and we ask for a full set , since im not very familiar with the term used on nails i told i wanted the most basic easy set of nails but long the lady that took me told me that the last job i had done on my nails was horrible and took tick and decided to make some artesanal nails on me for my nail to grow stronger because as she said my nails were pretty thick and healthy well wait untill u see the result on my nails i was not going to leave a bad review because im not like that and even the nails where horrible i leave a tip because not everyone is perfect but after the stage of my nails after taking them off i couldn’t leave it like this im beyond upset and now i have to deal with what it used to ve some healthy nails now they so thin and horrible i...

I went in expecting it to be a quick full set with a simple trendy request with a coffin shape. I was sat with this woman and she made me feel as if she was annoyed that she was doing my nails, took an hour just to shape my nails that were so flimsy I had to go to the “manager” I was upset because of the result I had and it taking so long, as soon as I sat down she jammed the drill under my nail causing it to bleed, I told her the shape wasn’t correct and she started to get angry with me, as I explained the shape wasn’t the same per nail and some were crooked she tried to fix them. She got so upset she started raising her voice and cut me again at this point I wanted to just leave and go somewhere else to get them fixed because how embarrassed and uncomfortable I was. With the service and disrespect I am shocked I even paid, I said I wasn’t going to and the supposed manager said she was going to take my picture and call the cops. All I wanted was a nice set of nails as I left she was screaming at me more & told me to never come back. I’m appalled with how I was treated and spoken to. It’s sad this kind of behavior...

I just to like this place, but no so much anymore. I went for regular mani and pedi. My nails don't do well with acrylic or gel, so I have used regular polish. The bottles of the regualr polish are almost empty and or dry, but you don't notice that until they star working on you nails. This is the third time that had happened, they simple don't have good selection of regular polish and forget it about backup. So yesterday I selected a color it was dry, I asked if they have a new one in the back and they said no, they added some liquid to make it works, but the result was my nails very thick with bubbles. It is very disappointed experience. Not happy with this work. What a waist of time. My nail technician was very nice and tried hard to do a good job, she has to work with the tools provided.
