I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from this company. After wearing it for a very short period of time, some of the crystals fell out. They quickly fixed it, and blamed it on the initial resizing (loosening the brackets around the crystals). Then again, after a few days, more crystals fell out during my bridal photo shoot. I took it in, and the quickly fixed it. Saying “we’ll make it like new”… even though it was new, and that shouldn’t be happening for the amount we paid. Finally, the crystals fell out for the third time, and when we picked it up (my husband picked it up, so I couldn’t try it on before leaving the store), they just replaced the ring with an 8.75 instead of fixing my 7.75 ring.
