CPR Cell Phone Repair — Local services in West Valley City

DONT GO HERE EVEN THE MANAGER WAS BEYOND INCONSIDERATE!!!! Second update- the owner blamed my 4 year old child for possibly “putting a drill” in the hole, not a SINGLE person has touched the iPad besides this company! A wonderful company absolutely make sure that you take pictures before and after because they will damage the items and completely refuse to take accountability! Unprofessional very rude, inconsiderate people wouldn’t even allow us to talk and kept speaking over us.

Coming for an update- calling the store and speaking with the technician only to be told “I didn’t do it, if there’s damage inside it’s from the jack being stuck” only to tell her a hand full of times it’s not the inside it’s the outside! The level of unprofessionalism with the tech was quite disgusting. Admit your wrongs accident or not, don’t get huffy and puffy with me when you failed to do something correctly!

If I could 0 star this I would. I brought in my iPad to have them remove a broken headphone jac out. They couldn’t remove it still charged me $20 and absolutely ruined the iPad around the headphone spot, they ruined the metal, they stretched out the hole, did more damage than good and had me hang around for an hour just to let me know there’s nothing they can do. Edit: Had to drop to 1 star. Device stopped charging a couple of weeks after getting repaired at CPR. Took it back in because there was a 30-day warranty (as I asked and was told numerous times, before and after the repairs were made, and a primary reason I decided to get the repairs done rather than buy a replacement device). It was then, for the first time, I was told it was due to previous water damage, which they claimed I was made aware of before even replacing the charging port and battery. I informed them that I had not been told anything about water damage because if I had, I would not have paid $150 for repairs when I could buy a new one for approximately $180. Another reason I know they never said anything about water damage is because that voids the warranty, which, again, was important to making my decision of getting the tablet repaired versus buying a replacement. I asked for a refund since it was the employees who had failed to communicate these things (which, if they had, I'd have never done the repairs). Bryan is amazing. I came in to get my phone screen fixed and along with putting my new phone protector on my phone screen that’s been cracked/chipped for months and months. Literally would cut my finger tips swiping at certain/most angles on my phone screen. Bryan got my phone screen fixed and put my screen protector on like a pro! My phone no longer has its broken green and pink line that would go down the top to the bottom of my screen on there anymore! Thank you for fixing my phone!
