I had a five star review for this location a few years ago, but ever since Kaitlyn left it has gone straight down hill. Today, I am changing this to a one star, which is more than they deserve. I order a drink 4-5 mornings every week and I have for the last 2-3 years. Sometimes in the afternoon I will stop in and get a drink as well. Also, most Wednesdays we do coffee for the company and I order 10+ drinks. We have literally been to this location thousands of times and spent thousands of dollars. Ever since Kaitlyn left, the employees no longer say hi or good morning. Most of the time they don't even look at me. I have been patient because I figured there are changes, but it has been like six months and it is not getting better. Today I walked in after ordering another drink through the app. When I walked in the drink wasn't ready and so I asked to use the bathroom. The guy working said I couldn't have the code. I looked at him and said "You know I come in here everyday and I have for years." He then told me the new policy was that we had to order a drink on that visit or we couldn't use the bathroom. I then told him that I did order a drink and I was waiting. He just looked at me and said, you mean like through app? I told him to keep the bathroom code and keep the drink I already paid for and told him I won't be back. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I will still go to Starbucks, but I will go to another location. This location just lost one of their most loyal customers of three years. If you are looking for a Starbucks, I recommend going to a different location that will actually care about you...

Okay first off it's extremely rare that I ever write reviews but I'm just bored so here it goes. I've been going to Starbucks and giving them my business 2-3 days out of the week for the past 6 years I pretty much order the same exact cup of coffee every time in multiple different locations and different states as well.... the cons of this location #1. All the bathrooms are locked and require a pin or key before entry, this can be a big inconvenience especially if there's a big line to get the pin. #2. The employees were not very friendly or bright and I'm not usually the one to complain about a mess up on my drink but come-on I ordered with a clear voice a hot Americano and can you please add some heavy cream. And I watched her make it, she added the shots into the cup which made up about a tenth of the liquid and then completely filled it to the top with cold cream so I simply got back in line and once it was again my turn to order i asked politely if she could make me another Americano without cream, and I'll simply add the cream myself.. upon handing her the cup I felt she had a negative attitude she then asked what's wrong with it!?? I explained.. she then accepted my cup. didn't listen and remade it with cream which ended up just fine the coffee wasn't horrible.. but still it's not what I asked for.. Also for anyone that enjoys drinking their coffee inside Starbucks the design of the building isn't great it felt very noisy and was overcrowded...
Read moreI ordered an iced caramel macchiato and tried to refill it with an iced coffee before I leave. I have been refilling my drinks for years like this. But the worker refused it according to the policy that she knows which happened to be wrong. She also told me that she has been working for Starbucks about three years. So, she was not listening to me. I had to show her the refill policy from the Starbucks official website,
“You can get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot, or iced) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage at participating Starbucks stores.” Updated 06/07/2018)
But, she was still refusing. So I had to call the customer center. I explained the situation to an agent, and the agent told me there is no reason for the worker to refuse a refill according to the policy. The worker was arrogant and not willing to give me a good service.
I was so mad with the service from this location, there was another worker there. They were back talking me inside of kitchen while I was talking to the customer center agent. I felt really bad. Please do not blame others of your ignorance of policy.
But I loved how the agent from the customer center treated me. The agent was very helpful and even gave me some free drinks which I was not expecting.
