Restore Hyper Wellness — Local services in Westlake

This place is letting unlicensed people give IV & IM injections. They dont use the required machine on specific injections that must be injected slow, they just push them in as fast as possible. Red light panels out and a cold sauna. The main interest is getting you to be a member to take you credits and charge you more money on these "deals" they do. They've charge my CV without authorization, they ran all of the real nurses off. When I had something to say about the blood squirting everywhere they made up some fake notes in my account to not service me but they continue to charge my credit card. I had a large lump in my arm after the last IV, this place would not answer the ohone or reply to messages. There's no manager to speak to and the owner will never call you back. They also own stronsville and woodmere. Oh and you will never be able to contact someone at the main restore headquarters. And no BBB affiliation, Its a pretty shady operation all the way around....

My life is about fitness and taking care of myself and the crew at Restore has been excellent with helping me accomplish my goals and helping me with a routine of their services and when and what to do and take at what time. For me it is like my second family. I could spend the entire day doing the different services they have and at the same time having great conversations with the staff and other clients. Back in the day you would go to the barbershop or hair salon and get your gossip. Now you go to Restore where your taking care of yourself and everyone knows your name. I've been to other places and yes they have great equipment and services but felt stale and clinical. I’ve been a member with restore in Westlake for a while and I have to say I’m very happy with my membership. I love everything they offer, but I mainly go for the IV. Drips. I travel quite a bit and I’m in contact with a lot of people and my day-to-day job so I like to keep my immunity up:) Every once in a while, I’ll do the red light and the cryo-therapy which are also fantastic! Amber, the nurse there is wonderful, very genuine, caring and Knowledgeable. She.explains everything in great detail if you have questions!
