I just had the most uncomfortable experience at this Robeks location. I paid $10 for a smoothie that wasn’t good. It upsetting my stomach after only a few sips so I went back in to ask for something different. I’m not one to send food back or be difficult when it comes to ordering food so when I went back in to ask to get my drink replaced, I even asked to buy a wheatgrass shot too. The managers response was that a wheatgrass shot wouldn’t help my indigestion and that just because I didn’t like my drink, it wasn’t a good enough reason for me to get a replacement. I was shocked because anytime you’re in a restaurant and you don’t like your meal, if you ask for them to replace it… they typically do so. I wasn’t expecting any kind of attitude about it, especially because I was offering to buy another $10 wheatgrass shot. They ended up remaking my drink but not after making it known they didn’t care I was an up-happy customer. It was poorly handled from a management perspective. Why shame me for being an unhappy customer and then remake my drink anyway when you could’ve been sympathetic, remade my drink, and then made it a positive experience in which I remember your team going above and beyond? Read morePoor service, I am a daily customer at the robeks located on clague/lorain road and I love the smoothies I work out at LA fitness in crocker so I decided to stop by here, WORST MISTAKE. The employees have tragic customer service and coming from someone who works in retail and deals with the worst customers this was so disappointing. I got a watered down smoothie that took 10-15 minutes to make when it usually only takes 5 at most at the clague location, so I went back and asked them politely to remake it because i cant stand a watery smoothie i want what i pay for ... Read moreI came to this location and they were fully staffed and there were a ton of customers. These gals were husting and smiling, never missing a beat with the customers, and taking no breaks. I was super impressed with their friendliness and hard work. I felt my smoothie was a tad thin and lacking some honey so the girl allowed me to pour the honey myself and even offered to blend it again for me; that's great service. I also saw a little child grab some chips and eat them, so the grandma asked how much and was paying for them and the worker said she did not have to pay for them, I felt that was thoughtful and again showed great service.
