Just went in looking for a Broncos Classic NFL Nike Game Jersey ($130 version). They advised me they didn’t have it in stock and I told them yes you do, you have it in the corner. An employee then followed me to the corner to pick my size, and I said okay I need a XXL please and before even looking she said they didn’t have it. She then pulled down a Dri Fit NFL limited jersey ($175 version) and I advised her no, I need the other ones I can clearly see the stack of them in front of the limited. She pulled a random one without looking and handed it to me. She was frustrated that she had to reach up so high. She then asked her coworker after I tried on the wrong size if they had any of the specific models I was seeking and she told her to check the inventory, then said no we only have the limited jersey styles. Once again I told them no you don’t. I can clearly see the NFL Gameday styles. Please be educated in what you hold in your inventory, please be patient in what the customer is asking of you. So now instead of supporting a local business I’m going to a larger business. You lost a sale, know what you’re doing. I like the store but I don't like being followed and watched while I shop. I walked in and went right to the Bronco section and I heard who I assume is the manager tell another employee to "please go stand by the Bronco section while he's over there."
