Lovesac — Local services in Westport

Fabulous experience working with Annamour at the Westport CT love sac store. She was super helpful with sale as well as her colleague. I purchased two bean bags for Christmas from amazon for our playroom and was not satisfied with comfort or quality. I walked into love sac store and was super impressed. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Total difference in quality and feel and worth the extra $$. My brother has had a love sac for over 15 years and it is still great. After an entire morning spent trying out couches, thank God for the Lovesac location in Westport. Our associate, Matt made the process extremely easy. He answered all our questions, made some suggestions without being salesy at all, and the whole process took less than a half hour.

The more I'm thinking about this, the more I'm realizing this review is really about Matt. He deserves all the flowers and praise. His boss would be wise to give this man a nice hefty raise, because his communication skills are second to none. Bravo...

Very, very upsetting. My brother bought it for our mother but unfortunately she didn’t feel comfortable. No problem, he sent it back. It’s been a little over a month that it was returned and they have yet to credit him. He’s spoken to 5 different people and he’s just getting the run around.
