Urban Outfitters — Local services in Westport

I went to Urban Outfitters today to return an item and had a really bad experience with the store manager. When I gave him the bag with the item and receipt inside, he acted very rude. He threw the clothes and the receipt onto the table and spoke to me in an angry tone. He made snarky comments and he also gave me a hard time about the missing tags, even though I had proof of purchase and also returned it way before the 30 day deadline and your return policy says that’s enough.

I stayed calm and just tried to fix the situation, but he kept being disrespectful. After processing the return, he didn’t say anything or let me know if I was all set, he just walked away. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected.

However, I want to say the other cashier working there was very kind. When I bought something from her, she greeted me, offered me a bag, and told me to have a nice day.
