We went in to redeem our free jewelry coupon from getting our ears pierced, expecting to only get one because the people at the previous location we visited never told us we couldn’t use the same email (so we only get one coupon per month instead of two). However, Lauren was extremely helpful, explained what steps I needed to take to reach out to customer service so I can get my other coupons I don’t receive, soooo helpful considering how expensive Claire’s is lol. Lauren was awesome, made us feel very welcome and assisted in all questions we had about different jewelry types. This place is absolute trash. Spent $25 on some nose rings. Told the girls working that I needed hinged and they helped pick out a set. After getting home and taking a closer look at the packaging, they were not hinged like I asked for. Took them back with the receipt, completely unopened, and was told all sales are final on body jewelry. Just left the receipt and the product there. No use in bringing more trash home with me. Luckily, my 13 year old daughter explained it to me. This place is for seven and eight year olds, and really no one else. Don’t even waste your money here when you can go to literally any single option online with better quality...

When you come to this location, ask for Savannah! She is very knowledgeable about the products here, easy to talk to, and very friendly & helpful! I got turned down for about 2 weeks straight from other nearby locations and she was able to complete and fulfill my birthday wishes of getting my cartilage piercings done! She absolutely needs a raise because her customer service is IMMACULATE! She made my day & she is absolutely amazing! Will be recommending her to everyone...
