I own a business and recently found myself in a really difficult situation involving a client’s computer. A critical Windows 11 update had completely stopped working, and after trying every tool and technique I knew—resetting services, running command prompts, troubleshooting Windows Update settings—nothing worked. Despite hours of effort, I couldn’t get the system to install updates, and eventually, it wouldn’t even boot into BIOS. At that point, I was beyond frustrated. I was stressed, anxious, and honestly heartbroken that the machine was now in worse shape than when I started. I care deeply about my clients, and I felt like I had failed them.
Enter PC Fix.
This is a different kind of business. I was greeted with kindness and understanding—not just as a customer with a technical issue, but as a fellow human being going through a tough moment. The owner took the time to truly listen. He didn’t rush, didn’t judge, and didn’t overpromise—he simply offered calm, confident assurance that he’d take a look and do everything he could.
Not even 24 hours later, I received a message letting me know the computer was completely restored and functioning perfectly. I was stunned. What had felt like an impossible situation just the day before was now fully resolved. Not only was the system fixed, but it was running better than it had in a long time. That kind of turnaround, with that level of technical precision, is incredible.
But what makes PC Fix truly exceptional isn’t just the skill—which is world-class—it’s the character behind the work. The owner operates with a level of integrity, humility, and care that you rarely see these days. His approach reflects something deeper: a servant’s heart, a sense of purpose, and what I can only describe as a quiet strength rooted in faith. It was clear to me that this isn’t just a job to him—it’s a calling. This business is his mission to the world.
In a moment where I felt overwhelmed and discouraged, I left PC Fix with everything restored: not just the computer, but my peace of mind, and my trust that there are still people out there doing business the right way—with excellence, honesty, and grace.
I’m truly grateful for this place and the man behind it. Thank...
Read moreAt first you can be hesitant to know where to get some help with viruses, formatting, registry problems and other problems with your computer. But the owner is just great, and we have been back 2,3 times for different things like a computer that got bricked from something, and checking out a 2nd hand laptop and 2nd hand computer that there wasn't anything "lurking" in them. Super helpful, super nice always tries to teach and make people knowledgeable but I don't think I absorbed 1% of what he was saying. lol! Still got to get in the habit of backing things up and putting on a memory stick that I always seem to put off, but will save a lot of trouble in the long run. Yeah. Decent and trustworthy guy and business. (Also want to add, he is enough of an honest guy, that instead of soaking you for repair bills for a computer that is 4 years old and has multiple issues, hardware and software WHICH he COULD fix and charge you for all of it and make a bunch of money off you, only for it to be obsolete and die on you in a year, that he will say straight out, overall, it is better for you to put it to a new computer, THAT he makes NO money off of. That is what makes Bob a real standout. He wants to help people and find the best solution for their computer problems, for the money, even to his...
Read moreI was asking for advice regarding where I should get my laptop fixed when a stranger said that PC Fix had great service and was a mile away from where I was at the time. He said a man named Bob had helped him and that it was a great place. I went there that day and Bob was able to guarantee me that he could fix it and do updates and installs that my computer needed. It was fixed the same day. Bob was incredibly nice. Additionally, the main reason why I’m writing this review is because Best Buy was trying to have me pay two times what Bob charged, and additionally Bob was able to add the newest version of windows and taught me how to use the antivirus software that came with my computer (stuff bestbuy wouldn’t have done, all bestbuy would have done was reset my computer, bob went above and beyond). Overall, I don’t usually write reviews, but the service at PC fix was amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone reading this review. Plus, it’s nice to support...
