Lane Bryant — Local services in Wheeling

It's the only place that carries my size. The customer service reps. We're very nice and helpful. But the employees at this location gave me a hard time and basically called me a liar and refused to return a bra I had bought from them. Granted it took me a couple of weeks to return but that's why they give you 45 days with receipt and tags. I tried it on in store and thought it fit, then went home that night and tried it on again and realized the cup size was to big. When I finally went in to return it. The lady immediately refused saying we can't return the item because the tags were taken off. The day of purchase, the older lady with short hair took the tags off of both bras. I told her which one I wanted to wear out and she processed to remove the tags from both. When I told her this she rolled her eyes and said it even looks worn. I told her that I tried it on twice and realized it didn't fit right then and bagged it all up. She said I can't return it corporate is really cracking down on this. I said okay and left the store. I walked out and immediately called the customer service number. They told me to ship it to them and they would issue me a refund. Just make sure they don't remove the tags unless you are 100% sure on the bra. I guess having dry nips makes you a liar. Don't try returning something, it will get lost. I just had the most ridiculous online chat. I bought a shirt that did not fit. I had it delivered to The Highlands, Triadelphia, WV store, & I picked it up there. When I didn't want it, I took it back there. Since I wanted my money back, and paid via PayPal, the package had to be sent back & the business office would issue a refund. Not a big deal. It's been 2 weeks. Angelica, the online chat agent, asked me 2x for the order #. She asked why I took it back, where I returned it, when I returned it. When all was said and done, she could tell me absolutely nothing.
