$$$-$$$$ Beware No exchanges without a receipt! Nice selection but over priced. I can understand the Licensed apparel being high price but the non-licensed is over priced. Especially for the Ohio Valley area. Not many people here have the disposable income to pay over $35 for a t-shirt. And you can't wait for a sale because they don't have them. I needed to exchange a t-shirt that was given to me as a gift, it still had the tags and stickers on itn in their store bag and it is company policy No Exchanges without a receipt. It is ridiculous that you can not exchange something that clearly came from their store. I had to call my brother and have him send me a picture of the receipt. Thankfully he had just bought it the day before and still had the receipt. I worked in retail over 30 years and have never had a store not do an exchange. And, the return/exchange policy is NOT on the receipt like most retailers, they have a web address you have to go to printed on the back of the receipt and I'm betting 90% of people are Not going to take the time to look it up. The two young men who helped me were very nice and very apologetic about the situation. The store is clean and easy to shop so if you are looking for a special gift of local NFL, MLB, NHL or collegiate team, t-shirts, jerseys, mugs, pennants and even dog clothes and you have $$$ this is a good place to shop but remember get a gift receipt and tell them to keep it. The lowest priced t-shirts are $21.99 but most are $34.99 and up. Even the wine cups are...

First time visitor to Rally House. The staff was friendly while letting you shop with no pressure. When I was ready to check out they were right there. I was amazed by the amount of local sports gear they had. It's always finding a hat that I like...sometimes it takes years to find the next 'one'. There were three or four options I could have gone home with, which was amazing. If you need that special something for the sports fan in your life, if you can't find it here, I doubt they make it. My wife bought me a $25 camo t-shirt with the Steeler logo as a birthday gift. After one wash, the logo was cracked and peeling off. The Rally House employee basically told her to buzz off and told her once it's washed she couldn't return it. How do you know it's going to do that after one wash if you don't wash it first. It was obviously a defective product. I've bought longer lasting...
