The staff at the whitefish location are rude and disrespectful, Phoebe and Heather were yelling at my kids in store and when I went to purchase something they asked if I needed a bag since I had some already in my hand from other purchases in town, when I said “i didn’t need another small bad, I already have two that are full” they said they couldn’t give me a bag since I was just buying one small thing, after being blown away by there comments, I decide to take my business elsewhere. Heather then said “so sad” and laughed. My friend who is a local of montana took me here and said how great the store was but after what we both experienced I’m sure neither of us will be back nor will she every recommended this place to anyone else.I did email the company prior to my review and have not heard back. From Texas here. Came across this store when the bnb we were staying in had their products in the rooms.'. We stopped at the store in downtown Whitefish on our way out to the airport. I fell in love the minute we walked in the store. We bought some things we could put in our luggage, white tea hand soap, shampoo/conditioner (rain) from the blending bar, etc. I have since bought the lemongrass and sage set, lip balm and shampoos/conditioner several times. Rain is my favorite flavor. Also Juniper Breeze shampoo for my husband. He only wishes the scent was stronger. My last purchase was the lip balm set for a gift exchange and my rain shampoo/conditioner. I only wish we lived closer so I could shop...

Their white tea fragrance is killer.

They have little soaps that I buy for my bathroom sink, etc that are sooo delicious. Rose, lemon grass, and the mint are my favorites.

The staff is very friendly but for some reason I always feel a little “watched” - maybe they have an issue with thieving. A lot of the products are small and maybe they’re concerned with people pocketing their goods. Maybe it’s all in my head! Lol either way, it’s an adorable store and a must see if you’re into essential oils and natural fragranced lotions and soaps and body washes. They also have clothes, mostly spa style lounge wear...
