As we were on our way to enjoy a weekend getaway, we ran into some issues with our truck. We had to pull over and go to the dealership to get help. The dealership told us that we had to go to the parking lot next door and out the camper up so they could help us. As we came out to the camper we noticed that our camper had been blocked by a red truck with no warning, note or anything. As our husbands went in to get help, they were talking to Dominic. Dominic was then rude to all of us and extremely disrespectful. I have never met someone so rude and disrespectful in my entire life. We had no idea what we were in the wrong spot. I called their support line four separate times, each time being told to call back in a few hours if it’s still not there. At the end of the day, on my last call, I was told it would be in my account roughly 15 minutes after their bank would close for the day. 90 minutes later, I still don’t have my funds and now their support center is closed for the day. Spent my whole week budgeting for these funds to be available today, and now I have to cancel plans and move things around. They were told by the dealership to park their camper in the bank parking lot while their vehicle was being checked. The bank manager proceeded to park his vehicle in front of theirs to block theirs in. He left no note and they had to investigate to figure out what was going on. He was extremely rude and unprofessional in dealing with them.
