Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Wichita

I happened to be passing by and decided to whip on in for an icecream cone, and after getting in the drive thru line i had better thoughts and wanted to jus go inside, so we did just that! Upon walking up to the counter where i had to wait on "Sabrina" to finally decide(after looking over at us TWICE) to come and take my order, and while l was ordering and trying to count out my money, Sabrina was very rude; she was rolling her eyes as if i was bothering her, she completely ignored my friend who was with me which was trying to get to sign up for their rewards program, AND to top it all off i ordered 1 icecream cone, and after taking my order, she turns around and walks over to the warmer shelf and just stood there DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I jus can't make this make sense...if u hate ur job and jus dont really want to be at work then so be it, but please do not be rude to customers who come in and order 1 stinking...

Sadly this is the worst location.

I went in for a remake of a straw cheesecake. It was runny the moment I got it (this was the 3rd time it wasnt good and my expectations aren't high). I also paid for a strawberry shake and was given a chocolate. I went back in for a remake.

Seems nobody listens. I wouldnt bother going back either for remakes. They will remake them, but you will pay extra for the same amount as an original, runny ice cream, and blah service.

Tonight, I have my father get a cookie dough. I know its hot.... so it will be runny but it was probably runny from the start, because 2 days ago my blizzard was runny. It was water 5 minus to our home.

The people are nice but im not willing to give another dime. They need to change ethics and quality. Sending out runny ice cream isnt...

We go there for the chicken strip baskets. They are sooo good, but soo expensive for fast food. (ALL fast food is too expensive now,though) As expensive as they are, the one complaint about the location we go to is they always tend to give you tiny little chicken strips. It's so bad, my 7yr old grandson and myself actually have to get the 6pc basket instead of the 4pc. Usually at least 1 or 2 pieces are less than half the size of the others. Which is just infuriating because its almost $3 more for 2 more pieces. And it shouldn't be that way. I'm sure it's done on purpose to get you to spend more money, but we would go more often if they'd not be so chintzy about it.
