Daytona Inn & Suites — Hotel in Wildwood

We have stayed at Daytona for the last 3-4years.|Always in the same room and it's been a great place.|That was not the case this year.||Most of the motel was occupied by bikers.|Bikers in general are no problem and these ones seemed like nice people.||The problem is they were loud|and they congregated just down from our room.|Most nights some of them were outside, laughing and being loud until after midnight.|One of them had a large dog that barked a lot.|Most of them smoked or vaped, where they were sitting in the walkway.||The motel has a strict policy of quiet time after 10pm.|This sign was on the wall between their rooms.|There is also a sign, opposite where they sat, specifying the designated smoking area in the back parking lot.||Management knew about their behavior and allowed it.|This has never been allowed to anyone else any other time we were there.||We paid a lot of money to stay there for 5 days.|I realize all the bikers also paid a lot and as a group they represented big business to the motel.|It sounded like they are a yearly regular.|This should NOT give them special privileges and allow them to break the rules while Management turns a blind eye.||If that's the case, then Management should close the motel to anyone else or give a discounted rate and notice of the conditions to others.||This is totally unacceptable behavior from the management.|It is also very bad business practice as people will not want to stay there.|It is very unfair to other unknowing, paying, customers.|The rules should be the same for everyone.|Rooms: 5|Service:...

Be advised. This review is based off us staying during the weekday right before Labor Day weekend. (8/26 to 8/29). So we did not experience any kind of weekend crowds we pretty much had the place to ourselves. With that being said: ||We loved our short stay at the Daytona. It’s Perfect for families and couples. It was quiet , clean and the staff “pit crew” were very friendly. Every morning when we woke up they were checking the pools, cleaning the grounds etc. They were great. We did the pre check in option which was so easy. We felt comfortable and safe in our room.||Two beds no frills room. Mini fridge , AC, coffee maker and small microwave. Perfect for the three of us they do have bigger rooms available. Cleaning lady came everyday with new towels and made beds everyday. She was so sweet. ||The motel is literally a block away from the boardwalk and all the adventure that wildwood has to offer which is Tina of stuff. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Highly Recommend Copper Dog great food. Make reservations!!! There is saloon that sells beer and alcohol right across the street which was great for my night caps and a family dollar also a block away for any last minute things needed. ||They have two pools which is pretty cool. Not heated but still nice to have the options. Both pools are 3, 4 and 5 feet in depth. With one of them having a very small cut out 1ft in depth for the babies. ||We had an amazing end of summer mini vacation and we can’t wait to...
