Old Navy — Local services in Wilkes-Barre Township

I expect better from a well-known company such as Old Navy. Investing time and money in the people you choose to represent your company should be a priority. This is my local Old Navy store, and I come here very often. However, the team currently in place, and in charge of the store is lacking in all sense of the word. They are rudely racist, inconsiderate, unprofessional and do not have the slightest idea of what it is to provide great customer service. When I decide to walk into a store and spend my hard earned money, I expect to be treated with respect, dignity, and proper professionalism of which management and crew member do not possess.

Love Old Navy! They have a huge selection of clothing and it changes with the seasons. There is always a sale of some sort on clothing, shoes, and other items. The clearance rack also has some nice items from time to time marked down.

Good quality clothing and I can pair lots of the items I buy with many outfits which is great.

Location is great and conveniently located near other stores for shopping. Usually very neat displays and organized clothing.

Sizing - they have a variety of sizes for each garment usually and if you can't find your size they can order it and ship to your home or to the store for pickup which I was offered a few times.

I gave 4 stars due to the checkout process. There is always a long line no matter how many employees are checking out customers. It's a good thing for sure, but you do have to be patient and wait. I don't know if a self checkout option would help...

I went to Old Navy today to trade in a different size for a cropped hoodie that I purchased. The women at the counter said they didn’t have anything in stock of the same cropped cozy core pullover that I bought. She wouldn’t even try to look it up online to get me a different size. When I asked if there was any way I could get a different size even online she told me no and told me the return would go on my credit card. I told her I didn’t want a return, I wanted to exchange, she told me she had to do so before looking for a different size.
