I have never been to this location.. But I needed to ask them about about another location that is/was closer to my home. I also to ask about their Online Store. The lady who answered was extremely helpful and I can tell she is/was a very nice lady. I can spot fake kindness from more than a mile away, but the kindness of this lady came right through via telephone and that can only happen when folks are genuinely kind. Although I am not certain when I will travel to or near this store, but if I'm in the area, I'll be sure to stop by here. By the way, they have a very cool and very easy to navigate...

My wife bought me an oil lamp for my birthday. Nice selection to pick from. The lady clerk took the time to take the lamp out of the box to make sure it was good. We live 8 or 9 hours away. It was fine. She said it was very rare for a defect on their lamps. Have to wait for my actual birthday date in a couple weeks to try it out. Satisfied with the experience...
