This review is long overdue. I first discovered Ryan Eure’s work after seeing one of the bracelets on a friend. It was the classic bangle bracelet. What I really love about the bracelet is the color is silver and gold so you can wear it daily. This is totally my style. I love jewelry but I don’t feel like wearing good at pairing it with outfits and other jewelry. This bracelet can be fancy or simple and the quality of the work is outstanding. So not only is the bracelet amazing but the fist service I received was over the top. I was about a week out from taking a girls trip to celebrate turning 50. We were going on a cruise. In typical fashion, I waited until the last minute to purchase the bracelets. The day I went into the store, Ryan’s mom was working the store. We discovered that there was only one bracelet left in the style I wanted. She called Ryan to ask if there were anymore bracelets downstairs that she may have overlooked. She informed him that I was leaving in a few days for my 50’s girls cruise. There were no more bracelets. Ryan insisted that he would come make the bracelets so I could take them. I was just so shocked that he would offer to do this. I haven’t had the quality of customer service in a long, long time. I loved doing business with Ryan Eure Designs. I was trying to find a chain to go with a Southwest Kingman turquoise and sterling silver pendant that I am giving my daughter for her birthday. I wanted something of quality and I wasn't sure just what it needed. I called the shop looking for some advice and spoke directly to Ryan. He was so helpful, kind and informative. I emailed a photo of the pendant and he emailed me back without delay a couple of photos and suggestions of what he thought I might like. I so appreciated his input and he definitely led me in the right direction. I called him back with my order and felt good about it. He was leaving soon to mail some orders and told me he would include the chain with his mailings. Same day! It was so nice to deal with such a professional and get individualized service. If you’re looking for a master craftsman who can bring life to your precious stones, Ryan Eure is your go to guy. I bought a topaz ring at an online auction and the setting was so bad, you could barely tell the color of the stone - and it had no sparkle. I was familiar with Ryan’s work as I had previously purchased one of his wrapped pieces (gorgeous) and was impressed with the workmanship. So I visited his shop in Merchant’s Square and discussed with him my wishes. We came up with a great design. When I picked it up, I was absolutely floored at the transformation.
