Love this building! Ashley, is the Landlord, and she was my first point of contact when I inquired about renting a unit. Because of her welcoming demeaner and professionalism, I agreed to sign a lease😀. Kevin, is the Security Gaurd who is kind and always engaging, to the extent that I purposely stop by his desk to say hello and ask about his day or top news stories😊. Sandra, takes care of the facility ensuring that the building remains modern, new and clean, and she does it while looking great; and how she does that everyday is a wonder.🙂 In addition, Sandra was the person who reminded me which door I could exist so that I can walk to work in a short amount of time. If you say "Il y a un problem," Harlon, will arrive quicky, assess the problem, and fix. On top of that, Harlon will share hockey interests; albeit, I am a die hard Oilers fan 🍁🏒🤣. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at 901. Ashley the building manager is awesome, professional and extremely effecient. Maintence and concierge are a pleasure and take pride in keeping the building safe and clean.

Now lets get into why this apartment is sooooo worth EVERY PENNY I could not hear A THING! The building use to be an old bank so the walls are not paper thin.Which has for sure been an issue with the newer apartments in my past renters experience.

Another plus is parking is included! The garage is super safe and plenty of spots. Neighbors are super friendly as well. Ashley makes great efforts on creating events in the lounge allowing it easy to network and make new friends. (especially if your new to the area)

I lived in this apartment for one and a half years and had a really positive experience. I’m only moving out because of a job change—otherwise, I would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment has a high ceiling, wood floors, and a clean, simple layout that makes it feel bright and spacious. It’s very comfortable and easy to settle into.

One of the best parts of living here was the nearby park. I often walked there to relax after work, and it really added to the overall quality of life.

Ashley, the leasing agent, was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had any questions. She made everything easy and stress-free, from move-in to move-out.
