Tulip's Nail Salon — Local services in Wilmington

I got my nails done Wednesday and by Monday that paint was chipping off. Went to get only two nails completely repainted because they were the worst and Mike tried to just slap paint on my nails on top of the chipped polish and tried to send me off. When I told him that I was displeased he tried to show my nails to another customer that was sitting in the chair next to me trying to argue his point of view to her. I've literally have come to this nail salon for ten years. Seeing other customers upset over their service and treatment I never thought it would be me. I will never come back to this...

I would give zero stars but the owners kids are really nice. The two stars are for both of them... Unfortunately, the owner is unprofessional/rude af. What He needs to do is hire more people... Every time I walk in, He’s literally the only one working. And it sucks because the location is walking distance to my house. But the customer service here is kinda horrible. ☹️ Go to Star Nail Salon in Trolley Sq. It’s literally a ten minute drive away and a night and day difference. That place is awesome. The people are really nice and the price is about the same. The customer service there...

If I could give this salon a zero rating I would. There was a man who was doing a Caucasian women’s nails he was very friendly to her, Once she left the salon and I was up next his entire attitude changed and he denied me of his services and told me to go back to where I originally got my nails done. Due to his unprofessionalism I would not step foot into this...
