Aperion Audio — Local services in Wilsonville

I can't say enough about the quality of technical support and customer service that I recently experienced with Aperion Audio - and a good reason to work with direct-to-consumer (D2C) companies, particularly home entertainment systems.

I had an issue with a late model Bravus subwoofer where the original parts were no longer available. We were able to isolate the problem, work with a current manufacturer to order a new amplifier, modify the cabinet to accept the new amp, and all of this in just a few weeks.

And oh, by the way, the part was stuck on a container ship waiting in limbo on potentially new import tariffs likely to raise the price. Luck for everyone - no tariff effect!

The new and improved unit (upgraded from 300 Watts to 500), works like a charm, improved the sound quality of my circa 1977 Yamaha stereo receiver and turntable more than I can detail here. Suffice it to say it was a very noticeable improvement to the EQ.

The sub was originally purchased with Aperion Audio home theater equipment and has been repurposed to my back-to-vinyl experience. Thanks to everyone at Aperion and especially Collin who took ownership of the problem and worked it out.

This is the best audio company to deal with. Their customer service is top notch. I called them to place an order because I was having an issue with their website and was connected to a delightful gentleman named Collin. He is the epitome of superb customer service. He walked me through the ordering process and was able to assist me in ordering a center channel speaker and two bookshelf speakers. He also kept me up to date on the nuances of new speakers and their design. The delivery was awesome. I love the white glove and velvet bag that the products came in. We had an issue with one of the speakers and it was no nonsense to replace the paIr.We are awaiting the new speakers and will return the old ones to Aperion. I have owned Aperion speakers (6T) since 2007, and they have performed superbly for 13 years. I recently upgraded to Aperion’s newest flagship set the Verus Grand III. I have the towers, center and 6-bookshelf speakers in a 7.2.2 set-up. The build quality of their legacy gear (my 6T) was incredible, and I am pleased to report that this quality is continued into the Verus Grands. After demo’s of many other speakers I have realized that the aural quality of the Verus III’s is better than speakers costing twice as much. Clean, articulate, and visceral with both movies and music. At very high volumes the Verus line reveals additional clarity and impact without ever becoming harsh or abrasive.
