Tried the Wilsonville burgerville today. I walked in and placed an order to go. This is a new location and had just recently opened. I really enjoyed the clean atmosphere and the customer service was good especially for a fast food joint that had just opened. The menu layout is, I would say, slightly confusing. I was accustomed to looking for numbers next to the menu items. However the case I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a regular fry and regular drink (I think it’s called a basket). I also ordered another regular fry for someone else. The total was expensive for what I got. $19 and change. They had a tip option which I could have chosen $0 and I know I would feel bad so I added another $3….Almost $23 for one burger two fries and a regular root beer! I know Burgerville is meant to focus on quality over quantity and locally sourced ingredients. All of that comes at a big premium. I guess at that point you can’t really call it fast food in the typical sense. Just be aware if you aren’t already, expect to pay $16-$22 a person depending on what you order. Also the burger was just okay to be honest, it was seasoned pretty well and lacked enough lettuce to complement the patty. Tomatoes didn’t have much flavor. Btw there was something strange either about heir pickles they used or it might have been the mayo because there was a slightly “briny” taste to it. That case threw me off. The French fries were excellent and if they were cheaper I would come back just for those. The shakes I have heard are pretty good and I couldn’t justify the additional cost to get one. In summary it is very expensive for what you get, the pickles or the mayonnaise they use is very strange and the atmosphere was clean and positive.

I am sooooooo happy Burgerville opened in my neighborhood. Reading over these reviews I cannot believe how impatient some folks are with a brand new store and employees that were completely slammed. I skipped the drive thru and wanted to go inside to place my order. The lady who took my order (shout out to Cindy A), was sooooo nice and patient, even asking me if I had the app (I do!) and how to get points. My Plantville burger and Walla Walla onion rings were absolutely delicious. The onion ring order was so big that I couldn't even eat them all, so I put them in the fridge expecting them to be soggy the next morning. To my surprise, they were still crunchy and made a great addition to breakfast. The next day, I stopped in for a chocolate hazelnut Cosmic Bliss shake and it was absolutely divine. Both times I've gone in, they were slammed, but everyone was friendly and nice, the food came out at a reasonable time and was delicious. Eleven out of 5 stars for sure!

1st time at a Burgerville, for dinner. I do like the remodeling. I ordered the no. 6 burger, specifically asked for it to be well done because I wasn't sure how they operated here. maybe I jinxed the order. Other fast food joints always cook the burgers well done & you don't have to ask. It arrived with pink in the middle & the remake which came well over 20 minutes later and only after I checked whether they were ever bringing it to me, was also pink in the middle. The ground beef appeared to be of good quality, but was undercooked. I was sick the next morning. They charge a quarter for a water and the water doesn't taste good. We ordered two no. 6 and two regular fries and a ranch dipping sauce, two waters were almost $27.

We didnt even have an opportunity to look at the menu before we were bombarded with informatiom from the trainer and trainee. Prior to even paying we had a manager check in, a trainee and trainer see how everything was going, had a separate person bring our food to check in, then had a manager loop back with us to check in if we needed anything AFTER we had to listen to two managers critique the trainee on their performance in the dining/sitting area. I was very flat affect the entire time but was not rude. It felt super uncomfortable, and even though I'm sure the manager was trying to give us good serious, I felt like I was in trouble the whole time and just wanted to leave. It felt like because I just wanted to order, eat and leave, the trainee got reprimanded for it. I will be going to other locations...
