This is a rather nice Costco, I can get crowded but it's less crowded than some of the other Costco's in the area. It's clean, well kept Costco with easy access off the freeway. You now scan your membership card when you enter, and the employee standing next to the kiosk will see your photo come up on the screen. Some people find this annoying, but it's kind of how it is now. It's also means if you're trying to go to the food court or the tire center, they make you go through the front door after scanning your membership inside of allowing you to go through the exit to get to those places. This is kind of annoying, since the lines are often long at Costco and it can be hard to navigate through them to get to the other side where the tire center and food court are located. Decent selection of products, relatively friendly staff. Like most other stores they always seem to have holiday stuff in stock way too early. They had some cool stuff if you didn't mind the fact it was several months too early but it's mostly sold out by the time the holiday is near. The staff is helpful and the selection of products overall is still good. The pharmacy staff is here is AWESOME and helpful. I have some allergies which means ingredients on every prescription need to be check, and they always take the time to check the ingredients of every medication and make sure that it's safe for me. If the one in stock is not, they look for one that is an order that. Not every pharmacy is willing to do this, so it's great that this Costco pharmacy cares enough to do this. The tire center has decent prices on tires, though their tire prices are getting much closer to the prices at Discount Tire and other places. They have some serious restrictions on what they'll do with tires, for example they won't put BFG ko2s on a 4Runner or RAV4 since technically those tires don't have a speed rating. They won't plus size and other stuff. They claim it's because they follow the American Tire association recommendations, but I worked in the automotive industry for two decades and the simple answer is they just don't want to. So if you need stuff like this done, go to discount across the parking lot as they'll do it no issues. As a result, I don't really use the Costco Tire Center anymore as they won't put BFG KO2 on my Toyota. The batteries however are still priced excellent. Their prices on batteries are the cheapest in town. Since your purchases can be tracked through your membership card, if you need the battery warranty they can quickly pull up when it was purchased. If a battery goes bad, they'll under the warranty and refund you the price you paid for it (or a prorated price if you're in the prorated time frame of the warranty). You pay the difference in price if the battery has gone up in price. As mentioned, for tires, they will not run bigger tires than OEM or put tires on with a different speed rating, so if you're trying to run BFG KO2 tires or the like keep that in mind, as they likely won't do it. Also, they did damage the OEM wheels on a Corolla S I used to own when I purchased Michelin tires from here, and the cost to repair the rims or replacement was quite a pretty penny. So keep that in mind and check your wheels before and after getting tires. Nice selection of TVs at good prices. No delivery, but they've never offered delivery. So, if you buy a 98" TV here you'll have to figure out how to get it back to your house on your own. The Food Court still has the hot dog deal it's always had, no they've unfortunately got rid of the polish dog. Membership has gone up to $65/year.

Well let me start by saying I’m a huge fan of Costco, it’s my first choice for groceries, furniture, electronics. Today we had some awful service from the very beginning. We came in and my hubby showed the Costco card but Nick the greeter was too busy talking and then a few steps behind I came in and he looked at me and realized he hadn’t been doing his job so he chased us in asking for the card. I don’t mind being ā€œcardedā€ but I don’t like to be singled out as if I’m committing some kind of crime because I shop at Costco. I was already a little upset but we did our shopping and decided to use the self checkout cashiers. Worst decision when shopping for more than a couple items at Costco. You must place all your items on the tray or it won’t allow you to continue, we requested help and it took 10 mins for someone to help. There was a few employees in the area but they looked away when they saw our light blinking. Overall this store needs to review their customer service etiquette. Just some acknowledgment or someone saying ā€œwe’ll be with you in a minuteā€ would have been ok with me but we were ignored and treated like we weren’t members. I have been going to Costco for over 20 years and today I felt extremely disappointed

Deeply disappointed in the roast beef sandwich at the Wilsonville Costco. First off, I ordered two. One for my husband and one for myself. It is an expensive sandwich, $ 9.95 and it looked beautiful in the picture. I was expecting a Costco sandwich. High quality, fresh ingredients, soft bread. My excitement fell when it finally came out after a really really long time, but I was starving and I thought how bad can this be? Like eating dense cardboard and lettuce with a spritz of oil. I will not order this or recommend it to anyone. It’s a waste of money. The new roast beef sandwich is dull and unappetizing. Bring back the hot turkey sandwich please.

Well 6 years later I'm downgrading the rating because they have gone downhill. You used to feel like royalty shopping at Costco. Now it's Walmart with a fee. The products are still pretty good. But I've been screamed at by a lady for walking through wrong door across 50' of people and chased down over it and forced to use other door. Had a self checkout security schmuck accuse me of not being me and that it was my dad's membership because I lost weight since the picture on card 5 years prior. I also have been cursed at for not pulling up after waiting with my car off at the pump for ten minutes and car ahead finished before they got to me. Now tonight I take my son to return the cans as part of his chores. Arrive and it's full with nobody using it, so they don't even do regular checks. Ask for help from lady at the door and she says find somebody who pushes carts to help you.... It's pouring rain and dark and I'm supposed to run around the parking lot in dark asking around for help because anything more than highlighting a slip of paper is too much work. Then I called the admin (dial 1) and she says ask the people at the door. I tell her I did and they told me to walk the lot looking for help she says I will tell management

Costco is always a win win. Pay for the better membership, if you don't earn as much rewards as you paid extra, they refund it back. If you don't like a product you take it back no problem. But you almost always are satisfied with a product. They replace their fuel pump filters like ultra regularly too, most other fuel stations almost never do. The cons: when its tire season they could really have like three times as many bays, crazy long wait but unbeaten prices. Oh and sometimes when you are buying something expensive, Costco won't have it, but a week after you pay too much for too little somewhere else, then they have a great one for a great price. Seems to never fail with me and Costco. I always regret not waiting long enough and making a large purchase elsewhere. Looking at you crummy top lid freezer from Fred Meyer! And you ammo box from harbor freight! Like seriously Costco started carrying ammo boxes a week after I bought one. They have to be watching me!

I went to the Wilsonville Costco to check it out. I am new to the area and decided to visit each individual Costco. It is a very large warehouse. It is cluttered with much product. It is more expensive than the Costco in Salem I was under the impression that all Costcoā€˜s pricing Was similar but I am finding out that it depends on the county the Costco is in. As for the staff; I did have an altercation with one of the managers. I had returned a bottle of wine and I had a shop card with $8.49 on it. When I got to the checkstand to check out I handed the shop card to the cashier for final payment. She said the card had insufficient funds on it. I told her no I just returned a bottle of wine and this is what the customer service representative gave me. One of the managers came by and told me that I needed to go back to customer service and have them redo it because the card has nothing on it. Now mind you, I’m in line paying for my groceries the transaction is complete and he wants me to go to customer service and get this taken care of. I showed him the green receipt that the customer service person gave me as proof that I had credit. His response to me was, Ma’am I have a pocket full of these cards from people who tell me they have money on it and there is not you are going to have to go back to customer service and get it redone. I said wait a minute are you accusing me of lying telling me that you have a pocket full of these empty cards that people say there’s money on I showed you a receipt that’s proof that I returned the item and I have credit. He said I understand ma’am but there is no money on this card therefore it is no good. Again I told him so then you’re accusing me of trying to get some thing with a card that has nothing on it. He sad I am not accusing you of lying I’m just telling you that you’re giving me a card with no money on it and you say there is. So I said to him what’s the difference you’re telling me that I’m telling you I have money on this card when I don’t so you’re accusing me of trying to get away with stealing. Well my daughter figured it out that it did not record the discount until you actually go to pay for your items she tried to explain it to the cashier who did not listen she tried to explain it to the manager who didn’t catch it on the receipt. I did not get an apology from the manager he just walked away. Another female manager came up and asked what the problem was I explained it to her over again she defended her employee who was wrong and gave terrible customer service. I will never again shop at the Wilsonville Costco. Poor management which need to take a lesson in customer service and respect. The manager showed no respect whatsoever by making the accusation of me trying to get away with something. He was Kurt he was rude and he needs to learn respect. I worked 15 years in customer service and never once did I treat the customer or accuse a customer of trying to pull something over when trying to use credit. I’ll stick to Salem Costco people are nicer the shoppers are not rude customer service is more friendly, Cashiers and staff are much more friendly. They are stocked in an organized manner and check out is also quick. Sorry Wilsonville but your store gets a poor...
