I’ve been to Koi Fusion a few times now, and I have to say, the food is fantastic every single time. On this visit, I tried the Korean cheesesteak and the rice bowl with chicken and kimchee. Both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cheesesteak is a unique twist on a classic, with just the right balance of savory, spicy, and cheesy goodness. And the rice bowl? Absolutely delicious! The chicken was tender, the kimchee added a nice tangy kick, and the spice level was perfect — definitely recommend going for the spicy option if you can handle it!
The service was fast and friendly, which always makes for a great experience. The vibe is casual but clean, making it a relaxed spot to grab a bite. Every time I’ve come here, I’m consistently impressed by the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere.

Read moreGot one of each Taco and a Kimchi Philly with Pork. The tacos were great but the pork on the Philly was so sweet that even with the generous amount of cheese loaded on top all I could taste was sugar/sweet (no where was it listed that the pork was sweet and it was far sweeter than the beef bulgogi). Had to dump two full 2oz cups of their hottest sauce on it to make it palatable enough to eat after the first bite. My fiance has a sweet tooth and even she said it was way too sweet, hoping someone just messed up when they were prepping the pork because everything else was fire. 100% would come back but would avoid the pork and recommend no one ever order the pork unless you are looking for dessert.

Read moreA few years ago I had my first Koi Fusion burrito. I was excited to see they had a store front in Wilsonville. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was just as good as the first time. The size was huge, the fixing was flavorful and plenty of chicken inside. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. I decided to return a few day later and try something new. I ordered the kimchi chicken quesadilla. This time the girl behind the counter was not as friendly. The quesadilla pieces were pretty much thrown on top of each other in a small box, causing it to be messy and difficult to eat. Not much chicken inside the quesadilla, and the cheese took away from the kimchi. Probably stick with...
