I ordered this $3,200.00 Desktop in Jan, and it did not boot right out of the box, it only displayed minor lights on the mother board. I contacted "New Dream Inc" customer support and after 25 min of phone trouble shooting they requested that I send it back, they sent me a return shipping label shortly after our conversation. It was re-box in the original packaging and returned the following morning. Once they received it they refused to do any repairs, I come to find out they ship their packages with no additional insurance. It has been 5 months now I am out my full $3,200.00 I spent through Newegg on this and exhausted all option even trying to reverse the charge. Synchrony bank was no help also with getting this issue resolved. I stressed that it did not function upon original receipt to no avail. Be extremely careful with this company they do not seem to care if a customer receives a working product or not. Do not expect any type of refund or legitimate customer service. I have purchased many different types of electronics items online for the past dozen or more years, rarely with any issues. I initially purchased a computer from them via Amazon, but unfortunately, it crashed shortly after I logged in. Given their proximity, I decided to take it to them for repair. Bronx made sure to keep me informed about the progress as he worked on resolving the issues. Once the problem seemed fixed, I retrieved the computer, but regrettably, it crashed a second time not long after.
Bronx remained on the phone with me, attempting to troubleshoot and resolve the Corrupted Windows issue. Despite our efforts, a return was the only viable solution. Though it was an unfortunate incident, both Bronx and Chris dedicated a significant amount of time discussing and trying to rectify the problem with me.

Read moreI bought a pre-built from Velztorm in Feb of 2023, their white furrex with the i9 11900K and an RTX 3080. The computer is an absolute gaming beast at 1440p. A few months in I began to have issues with the PC not wanting to boot and post correctly. I called up Zoltan on their tech support line and he was able to walk me through and help diagnose the issue. At the time I was new to computers and his knowledge helped me out a ton. We went through every test and software update possible and deemed that the GPU was defective. I was still within my 1 year warranty for the PC, so what did they do? Absolutely zero hassle, zero cost service. They made up a tracking slip for me, I removed and packaged my 3080 and took it down to UPS and shipped it to them. A week or two later I got the call back with an informative update from Bronx on how and what they tested the GPU for and that it in fact was faulty. Bronx got me hooked up with a brand new 3080 and 2nd day UPS air shipping. Again, zero cost! I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from these gentleman, talk about honoring a warranty!
